I didn’t want to leave! It’s amazing! The hotel is well maintained, the staff is helpful. I’ll try to summarize. I think it’s more beautiful than what you see on the pictures. -location: 15min walk from Railey East Pier and the shops. It’s not that far and it’s a nice walk. It’s good that it’s away from the crowds and the view is beautiful. (Many hotels located in the center do not have the same beautiful view and landscape that we had, actually in the center you see the mangrove and the pier). -The hotel is quiet, all you hear is the sound of nature. I’ve read that some people complained about the noise from the long tail boats… we didn’t hear them. -room: wonderful. New. Well decorated. The view of the trees and the sea. Hot water in the shower always (every cottage has its own heating system I think). WiFi worked very well. Comfortable bed. -Pool: big, has a nice view, and you can order food during lunch. (Dome, the staff in charge of the food service by the pool, was so nice!). -Breakfast: good variety and delicious. Buffett with the view of the beach. (The coffee was expresso!) -Restaurant: there’s a wide variety, Thai and western, good quality and reasonable prices (same as eating at a restaurant) -Beach: hotel has a small beach, but it’s not so beautiful during the low tide. But you can walk 25min to Railey west o Phra Nang. -monkeys: we saw a family of gibbons (amazing) but they don’t approach people. -there weren’t mosquitoes -massage: you can book a massage in advance. It costs double as outside, anyway I do recommend it since the service is much better than outside and in a more private space (there’s a place near the pool)

We were hesitant to book this hotel because we saw so many different opinions about it. In the end, we LOVED it and wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel is for you if: - You come to Railay to enjoy the scenery and be close to nature. The hotel is located in a patch of jungle so expect animals and insects — which we thought was lovely. The views of the sea and the limestone cliffs are wonderful, both from the rooms, the restaurant and the pool. - You don’t mind a little walking. The hotel is about 20mn away from the junction between Railay East/West. The walk is SUPER nice. The first bars and restaurants are 5mn away. Also, the walk to the cottages is short but steep.

The property was beautiful and well maintained, the rooms were very unique and we had an amazing view out over the bay. The pool was gorgeous overlooking the bay as well. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is family friendly which is nice to see with a luxury resort! When you see pictures and videos of Thailand resorts, this is usually the type of resort you're seeing! There are monkey families all around, lizards and birds. The restaurant is overlooking the ocean. Its really beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Room was lovely, slept very well. Loads of wildlife around the resort. The pool was amazing and when we were swimming in the evening there were bats flying over our heads. We also had a couple of mouse/chinchilla/rat type animals which had a little routine in our room at a certain time of night, we named one Cotton Eyed Joe, because we don't know where he come from, and we don't know where he go. The airport transfer was really well organised and useful.

I know getting to the property can take some time but actually our 4 yo loved the way to it from the town - through the jungle :) if you arrive with a small children just take a boat instead and the staff is there to help you. We loved the location. The staff is amazing and the pool is great. For us a perfect place to hit all the adventures of the Railey bay!
